AeronPay application is used to do recharges, to perform banking activities like Banking, money transfer, Aadhar Enable payment system, micro ATM, UPI payment system, collection UPI etc.

data while you access AeronPay platforms via url, smartphones or any other mobile
devices. This information shall not identify “you” as a person.
o The devices and identification numbers of devices used by you to access AeronPay

o Your geographic location, cookies stored on your browser/devices and behaviour on
AeronPay platforms.
o The operating system of your device, browser, browsing behaviour and any other
data as permitted to be stored by mobile app stores.
o OTP sent to you by your issuer bank or AeronPay platforms exclusively to carry out

o Your messages on message boards, chats or any other message/feedback areas shared

visit or access to AeronPay Platforms by way of -
o Visiting AeronPay platforms.
o Registering on AeronPay platforms as an “user” or “merchant” or any other
relationship that may be governed by terms and conditions listed on AeronPay

o Transacting or attempting to transact on AeronPay platforms.
o Accessing, links, e-mails, notifications sent or owned by AeronPay platforms.
o Otherwise dealing with any of the “AeronPay Entities”

agreed to make available the AeronPay Services to you as per these Terms and
Conditions as specified in Annexure A.
Quoted AeronPay Fees is exclusive of any applicable taxes, all of which shall be
the liability of and charged to you.
AeronPay shall be entitled, without exception and at its discretion, to deduct
from any payments to be made to you, all outstanding AeronPay Fees and any taxes.

User can make Electricity Bill payment, Water bill, Gas Bill etc.
c. BBPS
It includes all the bill payment, and Recharges of mobile prepaid, postpaid,
Electricity bill payment, Gas Bill Payment etc.
d. Money transfer
User can transfer the money from his wallet to bank account directly.
e. AEPS(Adhar Enable payment system)
User can do the AEPS transaction through biometric device, User can take the fund to
their wallet from their bank accounts, after that it take the amount to his bank
account.
f. Micro ATM (mATM)
User can make the Micro ATM transaction, they can take the amount from User accounts
to his wallet after that he can settle the amount to his bank accounts.
g. Mpos
User can take the payment from other user’s bank account to his/ her bank accounts
directly with any debit and credit card.
h. Payment Gateway
User can add the payment through Payment gateway, charges will be applicable from
the payment gateway side, and user can add the amount and also directly do the
transaction from any payment method.

We have provided multiple levels of security to safeguard your app by Login/Logout
option and AppLock feature that can be enabled by you. We also ensure the device
binding so that the same login cannot be used on different device without any
additional authentication/OTP. Please do not share your AeronPay login, password and
OTP details with anybody.

• Always act in a manner that ensures a trustworthy experience for AeronPay

• Never list products that may cause harm to AeronPay customers.
23.1.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of India.
23.2.Any difference, dispute, conflict or controversy, including any question as to
its existence, validity or termination, arising out of or in connection with these
Terms and Conditions (“Dispute”) shall, if not amicably settled within 30 (thirty)
days after the receipt by one Party of a written notice from the other Party of the
existence of such Dispute, be referred to and resolved in accordance with the
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator duly appointed by
AeronPay. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the arbitration
shall be conducted in English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and
binding upon the Parties. Each Party shall bear its own cost of arbitration.
23.3 The Courts at New Delhi shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any
matters related to these Terms and Conditions.

How do I disable/enable cookies?
To disable or enable cookies you will need to change some settings on your Internet browser.

Google Chrome
In the settings menu, select 'show advanced settings' at the bottom of the page
Select the 'content settings' button in the privacy section
In the page that appears tells you can manage and/or clear stored cookies.
Firefox
In the menu, select 'options'
Select the privacy tab in the options box
From the dropdown choose, 'use custom settings for history'. This will present the options for cookies and you can choose to enable or disable cookies.
Internet Explorer 6+
In the tools menu, select 'Internet options'
Click the privacy tab
You will see a privacy settings slider which has six settings that allow you to control the number of cookies that will be placed: Block All Cookies, High, Medium High, Medium (default level), Low, and Accept All Cookies.

Account Passwords and Registration You agree that the information You provide to AeronPay on registration and at all other times, including payment, will be true, accurate, current, and complete. digital signature, misrepresent the source, identity, or content of information transmitted via
the Services, perform any other similar fraudulent activity or otherwise purchase Recharge with
what we reasonably believe to be potentially fraudulent funds; infringe our or any third party's
intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy; post or transmit any message which
is libelous, defamatory or which discloses private or personal matters concerning any person;
refuse to cooperate in an investigation or provide confirmation of Your identity or any other
information You provide to AeronPay ; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise
attempt to discover the source code of the Services or any part thereof, except and only to the
extent that such prohibition is expressly prohibited by applicable law notwithstanding this
limitation; interfere or disrupt this Site or networks connected to this Site take any action
that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure/ network;
forge headers or manipulate identifiers or other data in order to disguise the origin of any
content transmitted through our Site or to manipulate your presence on our Site; sell the
Services, information, or software associated with or derived from it; breach this Agreement
or any other AeronPay agreement or policy; provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;
use the Site to collect or obtain personal information, including without limitation, financial
information, about other users of the Site; purchase Recharge with what AeronPay reasonably
believes to be potentially fraudulent funds; use the Services in a manner that results in or
may result in complaints, disputes, reversals, charge backs, fees, fines, penalties and other
liability to AeronPay , a third party or You; use the Services in a manner that AeronPay or any
payment card network reasonably believe to be an abuse of the payment card system or a violation of
payment card network rules; take any action that may cause AeronPay to lose any of the Services
from its service providers, Telcos, payment processors or other suppliers;
Third Party Sites, Products and Services Links;
The Services and/or the Site may include links or references to other web sites or services solely
as a convenience to users ("Reference Sites"). AeronPay does not endorse any such Reference Sites or
the information, materials, products, or services contained on or accessible through Reference Sites.
In addition, Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of,
advertisers found on or through the Services and/or the Site are solely between You and such entity.
Access and use of reference sites, including the information, materials, products, and services on
or available through reference sites is solely at your own risk.
Termination; Agreement Violations
You agree that AeronPay , in its sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without penalty, may suspend
or terminate Your account (or any part thereof) or Your use of the Services and remove and discard
all or any part of Your account, Your user profile, or Your recipient profile, at any time. AeronPay
may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to the Services, or any
part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of Your access to the Services or
any account You may have or portion thereof may be effected without prior notice, and You agree that
AeronPay will not be liable to You or any third party for any such termination. Any suspected fraudulent,
abusive or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. These remedies
are in addition to any other remedies AeronPay may have at law or in equity. Upon termination for any
reason, You agree to immediately stop using the Services.
In no event will AeronPay or its contractors, agents, licensors, partners, or suppliers be liable to you for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages (including without limitation lost business opportunities, lost revenues, or loss of anticipated profits or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss or damage of any nature whatsoever) arising out of or relating to (i) this agreement, (ii) the services, the site or any reference site, or (iii) your use or inability to use the services, the site (including any and all materials) or any reference sites, even if AeronPay or a AeronPay authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any such dispute, controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in pindwara, india and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. All administrative fees and expenses of an arbitration will be divided equally between you and us. In all arbitrations, each party will bear the expense of its own lawyers and preparation. except as otherwise agreed by the parties or as described in the arbitration section above, you agree that any claim or dispute you may have against AeronPay must be resolved by a court situate in pindwara, india.
